That we need to keep our freezer way below zero, you shouldn't keep products that need to be in the fridge or freezer out on the counter for more then 2 hours. I also learned that you can't put meat and veggies/fruits on the same cutting board because if you do you will make cross-contamination, and that can make you sick or you can die. When your cooking anything if your wearing dirty clothes you should put clean clothes on even if your going to wear an apron.
